The christening wives Franka & Maxine Deymann christened the vessel and Father Bernhard van Welzenes gave the vessel the spiritual blessing.

The vessel is lightly built, not too deep & too high, making it perfect for the German canals. The tying barge transports coal from Rotterdam to the power plant in Schmehausen and has already had several successful voyages on it.
